Norfolk (January 17, 2023) – Virginia Beach City FC is excited to announce multiple internship opportunities for the upcoming season, providing individuals with a chance to get into the professional sports industry. Tailored for those working towards an undergraduate degree, these internships aim to cultivate valuable skills and offer hands-on experience under the guidance of the Virginia Beach City FC front office or coaching staff.
Interns will be involved in weekly office and off-site event commitments, including attendance at ALL home matches and, in some cases, away matches and team training sessions, depending on the role. It’s important to note that all positions are unpaid unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Various positions are available, ranging from Social Media Coordinator to Game Day Operations, offering a diverse array of experiences in different facets of sports management. Notably, there are paid positions for Youth Development Academy Coaches.
