Norfolk, VA (May 2nd, 2025) – Virginia Atlantic FC is proud to welcome Ashley Noska to the club as a new Assistant Coach, joining the staff ahead of the highly anticipated 2025 USL W League season.
Noska currently serves as an Assistant Coach for the Regent University Women’s Soccer Team, bringing with her a strong coaching pedigree and a commitment to excellence on and off the field. Her journey through the coaching ranks includes a five-year tenure at Auburn High School, where she made a lasting impact on the program and its athletes. She also gained collegiate coaching experience as an Assistant Coach at Bluefield College for one season.
During her time at Auburn High, Noska’s leadership and tactical skills were widely recognized. She was named the 2019 VHSL 1A All-State Coach of the Year, and is a four-time AllConference/District 2A/1A Coach of the Year. Her most notable achievement came in 2019, when she guided Auburn to a State Championship, cementing her legacy as one of the top high school coaches in Virginia.Noska now brings her winning mentality and coaching expertise to Virginia Atlantic WFC, ready to help the squad grow, compete, and thrive. “I’m honored to join Virginia Atlantic and be part of a club that’s committed to building something special,” said Noska. “With a talented roster and a clear vision, I’m prepared and ready to help lead this team into a strong 2025 USLW season.”
