Norfolk, VA (March 26th, 2025) – VBCITYFC Youth Academy is excited to announce its 2025/26 Season Tryouts for young athletes looking to develop their soccer skills in a professional and competitive environment. Open to both boys and girls across multiple age groups, the academy invites players to showcase their talent and take their game to the next level.
Tryouts will be held on the following dates:
Saturday, April 26 & Sunday, May 4
- 5:00 – 6:30 PM: 2010 – 2009 Girls & Boys
- 6:45 – 8:15 PM: 2008 – 2007 Girls & Boys
Monday, May 5 & Tuesday, May 6
- 6:00 – 7:15 PM: 2017 – 2014 Girls & Boys
- 7:30 – 8:45 PM: 2013 – 2011 Girls & Boys
Tuesday, May 13 & Thursday, May 15
- 6:00 – 7:15 PM: 2017 – 2014 Girls & Boys
- 7:30 – 8:45 PM: 2013 – 2011 Girls & Boys
The VBCITYFC Youth Academy is committed to providing high-quality coaching, top-tier facilities, and an environment that fosters growth both on and off the field. With a focus on skill development, teamwork, and tactical understanding, the academy prepares young athletes for higher levels of competition, including collegiate and professional opportunities.
Players interested in trying out should arrive early for check-in and bring appropriate soccer gear, including cleats, shin guards, and a water bottle. Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend and learn more about the academy’s training philosophy and development programs.
