Norfolk, VA (March 21st, 2025) – Virginia Beach City FC is proud to announce the return of Arnold Rutkauskas for the 2025 NPSL season. A true club veteran, Rutkauskas enters his fourth season with the semi-professional team, continuing a journey that began 11 years ago in the Virginia Beach City FC Academy.
The 21-year-old center back from Chesapeake, Virginia stands at 6 feet tall and brings a commanding presence to the backline. Currently competing at the collegiate level for Virginia Military Institute (VMI), Rutkauskas has developed into a disciplined and resilient defender, known for his strength, tactical awareness, and leadership on the field.
“Arnold embodies what this club is all about,” said a Virginia Beach City FC spokesperson. “He came up through our academy, worked his way into the semi-professional team, and continues to grow as a player and leader.”
