Norfolk, VA (March 18th, 2025) – Virginia Beach City FC is thrilled to announce the return of Joel Albritton for the 2025 NPSL season. A key piece of the midfield in past seasons, Albritton’s experience and leadership will once again be an asset as the team gears up for another competitive campaign.
The 21-year-old player from Jackson, Mississippi stands at 5’8” and brings a high-energy style of play, combining technical ability with determination. Currently playing at the University of Mary Washington, Albritton continues to refine his skills at the NCAA level, bringing even more experience back to Virginia Beach City FC.
“Joel has been an important part of this club for multiple seasons,” said Brandon Ricker. “His consistency, work rate, and understanding of our system make him a vital part of our team. We’re excited to have him back for 2025.”
With Albritton returning, Virginia Beach City FC continues to build a strong and experienced core for the upcoming season.
